Urvi Mehta, originally from Ellicott City, MD, is our talented Business Administrator with a background that began in architecture. Her first job as an architecture intern sparked her creativity, but it was the desire to help people on a more personal level that led her to the world of dentistry.

Urvi finds joy in painting, singing, exploring nature trails, and unwinding with a good movie. She’s known for her vivid, often hilarious dreams that have nothing to do with real life—and for her love of flavorful Indian street food.

Erin, a Registered Dental Hygienist from Baltimore, MD, brings both skill and heart to every patient interaction. Her journey into dentistry began with a nudge from her childhood dentist, who told her she had the brains for dental care—and he was right! Before that, her earliest jobs included babysitting and working as a salad bar clerk at Giant Food. Outside the office, Erin enjoys gardening, exploring nature, and taking spontaneous day trips with her husband and teens. A proud Irish Aries with a serious sweet tooth, she’s been to Prince Edward Island three times and never says no to Mediterranean cuisine.
